A World of Sophistication and Culinary Excellence (The Space)

Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a transformed entrance that sets the tone for the unparalleled dining journey awaiting them. A magnificent dome now crowns the entrance area, while a resplendent red marble reception table stands against a backdrop of brass lattice panels, exuding an air of grandeur and sophistication.

Yan Ting’s revamped ambiance boasts a lush, rich, and moody feel, too, achieved through the use of premium materials such as brass, onyx, red marble, and suede. Sleeker furnishings and brass lighting fixtures add to the timeless and classy allure of the refurbished restaurant. The incorporation of curved elements and natural stones, along with classic rich colours, further brings a modern and elevated feel to the esteemed establishment.

As guests venture deeper into the restaurant, Yan Ting’s iconic Chinese paintings depicting the four seasons adorn the walls and serve as a testament to the restaurant’s rich heritage; symbolising the enduring connection to tradition that permeates every aspect of the dining experience. Alcove sofa booths line the sides of the restaurant, with bevelled mirrors that add depth and visual interest to the space, completing the atmosphere of exclusivity.

Yan Ting’s Exquisite New Menu

The revamped menu at Yan Ting allures the palate with a flourish of exceptional ingredients that pay homage to allowing natural flavours to shine in the craft of Cantonese cuisine.

Guests can look forward to Yan Ting’s signature dishes such as the succulent Honey-glazed Barbecued Iberico Pork (西班牙伊比利亚黑猪叉烧), Pan-seared Hokkaido Scallops, Caviar (鱼籽酱香煎北海道元贝皇), Chilled Abalone (冰镇鲍鱼), and Fried “Pik Fong Tong” Radish Cake (避风塘脆皮萝卜糕).

Journeying to the main course, indulge in the luxurious Braised Superior Bird’s Nest (金汤蟹肉烩官燕), its richness enhanced by crabmeat and a comforting pumpkin broth. Experience the delicate dance between sweet and flaky grouper flesh and the crispness of a dough stick, bathed in a beautiful garlicky aroma, in Steamed Leopard Coral Grouper, Dough Stick, Garlic (蒜香豆筋东星斑). Another savoury delight not to miss is Chef Chan’s Crispy Beef Short Ribs (宫廷脆皮牛肋排), a delightful textural contrast of tender meat and a satisfying crunch complemented by spices and aromatics.
