Fresh from their Grand Prix win at a competition in Bratislava in December 2023, the Voices of Singapore Ladies Choir (VSL) proudly marks a decade of music with a special anniversary concert titled “VSL10: A Journey Beyond Music-making” at Victoria Concert Hall on Apr 21, 2024.

Presenting the diverse repertoire that VSL has embraced over the past decade, this 10th-anniversary special captures the essence of growth, resilience, and the timeless strength of women as they navigate life’s evolving tides and passages. The concert will feature works by local composers Dr. Darius Lim and Dick Lee, with beloved Southeast Asian folk tunes such as Dayung Sampan and Munaerru Vaalibaa placed alongside stirring choral classics such as Lux Aeterna by Eriks Esenvalds, as well as gripping gospel music such as Children Go Where I Send Thee arranged by Kevin Philip Johnson. 

Audiences are assured a heartfelt experience that explores the depths of womanhood through the power of music.
