Handcrafted Festive Takeaways by The Dining Room
The Dining Room presents a resplendent ensemble of festive takeaways this Yuletide for the planning of hassle-free celebrations at home.
The new Butternut Pumpkin Lobster Bisque (SGD 42) is the perfect starter for any gathering. A delicious and exciting centerpiece for the party table, Sheraton Towers Singapore’s new Black Diamond Roasted Turkey (SGD 208) is a Peranakan-inspired rendition of the Christmas staple. This irresistible roast is marinated with a generous amount of buah keluak paste before being slow-roasted to absolute perfection and served with blue pea flavour basmati rice, sautéed brussels sprouts with sambal hijau (green chilli), and classic emping crackers (bitternut cracker).
Other new savoury highlights include the Honey Apricot Bourbon Glazed Semi Bone-in Gammon Ham (SGD 288), complemented with roasted potatoes and a homemade apricot raisin sauce, and Roasted Grass-fed Bulgogi Ribeye (SGD 288), which is paired with port wine sauce.
All festive feasts can be rounded off with the wonderfully festive Chocolate Mint Bavarois (SGD 88). This new seasonal creation is made from almond sponge layered with luscious milk chocolate mousse and strawberry jello, before encased within mint mousse.
