Here’s an exquisite afternoon tea event not to miss this year-end.
For the first time ever in Singapore, luxury fashion house Shanghai Tang has partnered with a leading hospitality brand to provide an afternoon tea experience that’s inspired by the Orient. From Oct 13 to Dec 31, 2023, the Lobby Bar of Sheraton Towers Singapore will be host to Oriental Soirée, an elegant, delightful spread of sweets and savouries with distinctive oriental nuances.
Inspired by the iconic Shanghai Tang “Chinese Garden” home collection, Oriental Soirée will delight your taste buds with exquisite creations such as Osmanthus Black Sesame Macaron, Jasmine Mango Pomelo Tartlet, Smoked Salmon Blini with Szechuan Pepper Crème Fraiche and Smoked Caviar, and Duck Rillette Brioche with Hoisin Sauce. The afternoon tea will also feature two exclusive handcrafted highlights by the award-winning Li Bai Cantonese Restaurant – Bird’s Nest Almond Egg White Tart and Mini Chilli Lobster Bolo Bun. Li Bai, as is well-known, has long been one of Singapore’s finest Cantonese restaurants.
