In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, The Rose Veranda at Shangri-La Singapore has crafted a limited-period Pink High Tea experience in support of the Singapore Cancer Society, with a portion of the proceeds going towards their cause.
Available for the month of October 2023, the hotel will donate SGD 5 from each Pink High Tea set sold to the Singapore Cancer Society in support of their local programs to give hope and ignite communities to take action, and build a stronger community capable of fighting cancer together.

The selection of tantalising savouries includes Smoked Chicken and Truffle, Roasted Potato Mousseline Tartlet, Tangy Sweet Chilli with Tobiko Prawn Gougeres, Marinated Salmon Sandwich with Dill and Beet Mascarpone, all topped with pretty edible flowers. There is also a generous serving of hot savouries featuring the Pulled Beef Short Ribs accompanied with Roasted Pepper Onion Relish in Parmesan Bun and Poached Lobster with Choron Sauce stuffed in a Pink Pepper Brioche Roll. The alluring selection of dainty desserts in beautiful hues of pink includes the Raspberry Jasmine Frangipane Tart, Ruby Peach Amande Mousee, Rhubarb Rose Milk Curd, Wild Strawberry Opera and Cassis Ivory Namelaka.
Accompanying this sweet experience are The Rose Veranda’s signature scones infused with the aromatic flavours of vanilla and cherry, paired with the restaurant’s house-made clotted cream and strawberry jam.

Chocolate lovers can enjoy the Pink Bonbons, available in a trio of flavours in dazzling shades of pink, including Lychee Lemongrass, Ricola Swiss Herb Candy and Red Ruby. The box of 9 retails at SGD 38 nett.
