To welcome the new Häagen-Dazs X Pierre Hermé 2023 macaron ice cream collection, the luxury ice cream maker is giving out free scoops at their VOCO Orchard outlet. You simply need to find out which “macaron ice cream flavour” you are with a Häagen-Dazs Instagram Filter. Details below!
This new macaron collection is also a unique collaboration between Häagen-Dazs and world-renowned ‘The Picasso of Pastries’ pastry chef Pierre Hermé. Celebrated for his exquisite macarons, the collaboration creates a new love story of ice cream and macarons with Parisian flair. A reinterpretation of classic favourites that promises a new era of magical indulgence.

The Häagen-Dazs X Pierre Hermé 2023 Collection: A French Amour Taste Experience

The dreamy range itself consists of three flavours. Strawberry & Raspberry, Double Chocolate Ganache, and Yuzu & Lemon.
- Häagen-Dazs x Pierre Hermé Strawberry & Raspberry: Embark on a tastebud trip of a lifetime with a classic flavour that unites the masteries of Häagen-Dazs and Pierre Hermé! A reinterpretation of France’s most classic dessert in an exquisite pint, fruity pools of raspberry sauce mixed with mini macaron shells, delicately balanced with the sweetness of strawberry ice cream, promises an indulgence that is nothing short of heavenly. Also available in stickbar format for a French delight on the go.
- Häagen-Dazs x Pierre Hermé Double Chocolate Ganache: Chocoholics will go gaga over this incredible double chocolatey experience! Velvety smooth salted dark chocolate ganache is swirled through Häagen-Dazs’ creamy chocolate ice cream, with mini macaron shells to create the ultimate moreish mouthful. Available in full pint and mini cup format.
- Häagen-Dazs x Pierre Hermé Yuzu & Lemon: This exquisite, limited edition delight sees the soft creaminess of the classic scoop teaming up with swirls of tongue-tingling zesty lemon ice cream and a lemon and yuzu curd sauce for a delicious summer treat. To make each scoop even more irresistible, yellow mini macaron shells are added to the mix to balance the zing of ice cream with classic almond flavour.
The Häagen-Dazs X Pierre Hermé 2023 Collection will be available at all major supermarkets, hypermarkets, e-retailers, and convenience stores from 15 May 2023. Recommended retail prices are SGD14.65 for a pint, SGD 5.55 for a mini cup, and SGD 6 for a stickbar. Strawberry & Raspberry and Double Chocolate Ganache are also available in a mini cup multipack of 4 (2 x Strawberry & Raspberry, 2 x Double Chocolate Ganache) for SGD 18.10. As mentioned above, Yuzu & Lemon will be available for a limited time only, while stocks last!
