Bounce-A-Saurus is VivoCity’s first-ever large-scale inflatable event.
Last weekend, 2019 year-end festivities formally began with the start of the annual Orchard Road Christmas Light-up and the Nov/Dec school holidays. With that, carnivals and celebrations are also popping up all over Singapore to join in the cheer.
At VivoCity, cutesy dinosaurs have invaded the entire Outdoor Plaza to set up a large inflatable fiesta. (!!) Other than play zones and obstacle courses, there are also various carnival games and even a massive water slide. Regarding the slide, it’s a thrilling 5-metres tall i.e. more than two storeys high. I foresee plenty of kids shrieking in excitement on this joyride over the whole of December. Hmm, a good number of adults would likely be enjoying more than one run on it too.
Bounce-A-Saurus Fiesta 2019
Incidentally, Tyner’s Water Slide ends in a trough of water that’s not visible in my picture. Therefore, be sure to bring a change of clothing if you wanna have a ride on his tongue! A limited number of lockers are also provided for your convenience.
Tickets for VivoCity’s Bounce-A-Saurus are at SGD 5/- for Mondays to Fridays, and SGD 8/- for Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays. They can be purchased online from Nov 15, 2019.
The event ends on Christmas Day. Hours for Mondays to Fridays are 4 pm to 9 pm. Hours for Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are 2 pm to 10 pm. On Dec 20 and 21, the fiesta will be opened up to midnight.
Finally, spending SGD 80/- at VivoCity also entitles you to one free entry pass.
Other than friendly dinosaurs, there’s a carnival of other events at VivoCity too. (Hey, I forgot to mention all the dinosaur assistants are dressed like carnival ringmasters!)
